When will my order be processed?

**Covid-19 impact on Order Processing**

Due to ongoing Covid19 emergency, there may be some delays in processing the orders, but we are working extra hard to ensure that all orders are processed in 48hrs

Orders received on Weekdays will be processed and dispatched on Mondays. Normally all products on our website are held in stock, but on the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/ text message from us with a tracking number.

* A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

** Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during Sales.

We deliver from Monday – Friday * (excluding Bank Holidays).

Do you deliver internationally?

International deliveries are not available at the moment

When will I receive my order?

Our delivery partner DPD are experiencing some delays due to social distancing within their teams, however we now do have collections from them 5 days a week. Currently delivery times within Republic of Ireland are 1-3 business days* after dispatch.

*All delivery days are estimate, but are based on our current delivery success rates.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery for all orders over €40 within Republic of Ireland.

All other orders are subject to the following delivery charges:

 Republic of Ireland:   €15 per order

Who will deliver my order?

All orders will be delivered by DPD.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, you can track your order online at DPD

I want to order items of a sensitive nature, can you ship them discreetly?

Yes, absolutely. All our orders are shipped in discreet packaging (items are packaged in plain padded envelopes or plan boxes), although our shipping labels and inside packaging may show our company name and address. How will I know that my order is ready to be delivered?

We’ll send you a text message to let you know when your order is out for delivery (as long as you have provided your mobile phone number).

You can also track your delivery online at DPD.

What happens if I am not available when you try to deliver my order?

If you are not at home to accept the delivery, we’ll leave a card with the courier’s contact details. You can then give them a call to re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect your order.
